About
I qualified as a registered general nurse at the University of East Anglia, Norwich, in 2003, beginning a rewarding journey that has spanned over two decades in healthcare.
My early career was spent working in plastic surgery, maxillofacial, ENT, and ophthalmology, where I gained invaluable experience in both surgical and patient care settings. After ten years in these specialist fields, I broadened my skills with a year on the Emergency Assessment Unit, followed by another ten years as a Practice Nurse within a busy GP surgery.
With a deep passion for skin health, aesthetics, and helping people feel confident in their own skin, I began my Aesthetics training at Derma Institute in London in December 2024.
Fast forward to today, I'm proud to run my own aesthetics clinic, which I opened in April 2025. My clinic brings together medical expertise, artistry, and a personal touch.
Every client journey is unique, and my goal is always to enhance natural beauty while maintaining safety, ethics, and confidence at the heart of everything I do.

I had my first microneedling session a little over 2 weeks ago. Before starting Hayley explained everything she was going to do before she did it so nothing was a surprise. I found the procedure comfortable and not at all painful. My face was slightly red afterwards which Hayley explained was normal, aftercare was explained as well as giving a handy aftercare card. In the days that followed I could really see a change in my skin, it's looked plump, my pores were less visible and even my make up sat better on the skin. She uses only premium, medically approved products and follows strict clinical protocols. Your safety is always the top priority, and every treatment begins with a thorough consultation to ensure suitability.
Yes. A consultation is required before all injectable treatments. This is where we assess your skin, discuss your goals, and create a personalised treatment plan. Non-injectable treatments such as facials and dermaplaning can often be booked directly.
Absolutely not. Our philosophy is to enhance your natural beauty, not change the way you look. Hayley takes a subtle, conservative approach to every treatment. The goal is always for you to look refreshed and feel confident, while still looking like you.
Most treatments have minimal downtime. Anti-wrinkle injections may cause slight redness for a few hours. Dermal fillers can cause mild swelling or bruising for 1-3 days. Microneedling may leave skin red for 24-48 hours. Hayley will explain exactly what to expect and provide aftercare instructions for your specific treatment.
Results vary by treatment. Anti-wrinkle treatments typically last 3-4 months. Dermal fillers last 6-18 months depending on the area and product used. Skin boosters like Profhilo are recommended as a course of 2 sessions for optimal results. Hayley will discuss expected longevity during your consultation.
