Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Please read our cancellation and rescheduling policy below.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to another client.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost, or forfeiture of your deposit where one has been taken.

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel at short notice due to illness or an emergency, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

No-Shows

If you do not attend your appointment without giving notice, the following applies:

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment, particularly for:

Deposits are fully transferable if you cancel with more than 24 hours' notice. For cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, your deposit will be retained.

Deposits are deducted from the total treatment cost on the day of your appointment.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, if there is not enough time remaining to safely complete your treatment, we may need to reschedule. This will be treated as a late cancellation.

We recommend arriving 5 minutes before your appointment time.

Our Right to Cancel

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment (for example, due to illness or an emergency). If this happens, we will give you as much notice as possible and offer you the next available appointment. Any deposit paid will be fully refunded or transferred to your new booking.
