I qualified as a registered general nurse at the University of East Anglia, Norwich, in 2003, beginning a rewarding journey that has spanned over two decades in healthcare.
My early career was spent working in plastic surgery, maxillofacial, ENT, and ophthalmology, where I gained invaluable experience in both surgical and patient care settings. After ten years in these specialist fields, I broadened my skills with a year on the Emergency Assessment Unit, followed by another ten years as a Practice Nurse within a busy GP surgery — caring for patients across all stages of life.
With a deep passion for skin health, aesthetics, and helping people feel confident in their own skin, I began my Aesthetics training at Derma Institute in London in December 2024.
Fast forward to today, I'm proud to run my own aesthetics clinic, which I opened in April 2025. My clinic brings together medical expertise, artistry, and a personal touch — offering safe, natural-looking aesthetic treatments in a calm, professional environment.
Every client journey is unique, and my goal is always to enhance natural beauty while maintaining safety, ethics, and confidence at the heart of everything I do.

I had my first microneedling session a little over 2 weeks ago. Before starting Hayley explained everything she was going to do before she did it so nothing was a surprise. I found the procedure comfortable and not at all painful. My face was slightly red afterwards which Hayley explained was normal, aftercare was explained as well as giving a handy aftercare card. In the days that followed I could really see a change in my skin, it’s looked plump, my pores were less visible and even my make up sat better on the skin, I was really pleased with the results.
